Here are some tips on how to deal with the blues that come with it:
Make It Special
Give your Mondays a whole new meaning. You could do nice things for people on Monday, be the person who gives the most compliments on Monday, be the person who wakes up at 5 a.m. and goes for a morning run on Mondays. You could even start a new trend for Mondays as new trends are being born every day.
Be Industrious
Set the tone for your week as soon you enter your workplace or your school. You’ve got to go hard on your Mondays and show your dominance over anything that comes your way.
Stop Procrastinating
Do something that you have been meaning to do for a long time, but u have not yet done it. Monday is the best day to start hands down. As they say procrastination is a thief of time.
Do Not Complain
I hear so many people complaining that their weekend is over and it is Monday. Complaining is not going to change Monday to become Friday, so you might as well like to make your Monday count.
Make the Day Count
Have something to show for the 24 hours that you have lived on Monday. Make a significant progress of any kind with your Monday. Bottom line, make your Monday count because you cannot magically change the days, so you might as well make each day count for what it is, opportunity!
