Set back turned step up

Untitled-124

As I sat in the bus, I was very ambitious about the future. I had left my teaching job and was so sure the the life outside the confines of a classroom held something better for; but I was treated to a rude shock, at least at that time. I was headed for Nakuru town from Kisumu city; a dealer of the company had promised me a contract to market some of their products. I worked for two months without knowing my boss. As if that was not enough I never received a penny. The cousin I was putting up with became tired of housing me because I was not bringing support. I sat in a park and was on the verge of giving up on Nakuru. Of course I was not going to give up on life. I sat there hungry and tired, I wanted to go to Kisumu and embark on my teaching which I had left. I received a call that would change my life and my perspective towards it for eternity, I got a call from a friend who works with Safaricom and told me that there were guys I could join and market another product called Zidisha Biashara and that I was required to report back to Kisumu the next day.

I am forever thankful to Steve. I travelled back and I met another interesting young man. I can comfortably say that Kamau Mugure is one the very few people I believe in. For the few days I have lived on earth I have never seen a boss so strict yet so human and sober. I joined the bigger team of Kuza Biashara. This company has exposed a lot – I literally run Nakuru town, I have the small and medium enterprises in my palms, I have rubbed shoulders with the who is who in town and there is no need to explain the benefits that come with that. I sit with them and I know how they go about things. I have divorced hustling forever. Whatever happens, Kuza Biashara has also helped me use my creative and critical thinking skills which were lying unexploited. I have developed tremendously in problem solving skills and the art of leadership. Kuza Biashara is one of the few companies where people just don’t give orders, you are allowed to think and be creative. I always think that for my life to take a paradigm shift I had to join Kuza Biashara. I am forever thankful to God Almighty and my bosses for giving this chance.
